OFFICE HOURS
All sessions are by appointment only and are 50 minutes long. Office hours are in San Francisco are on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Office hours in Berkeley are on Monday and Friday.
PAYMENT
Recognizing that not all individuals seeking help can pay at my normal rate, I offer a number of patient hours at reduced rates. I do not have a sliding fee scale in any formal sense but based on the situation in the practice and the needs of the individual we can discuss a lower fee if necessary. All fees are due at the time of service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Forty-eight hours advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments without being charged in full for the time.
INSURANCE
If someone has health insurance that will reimburse for psychotherapy, then I will, upon request, provide a written statement that can be submitted to an insurance company.
